Good morning, I live on S Franklin St, and dutifully moved my car to the west side of the street a little before 8 am on Saturday, March 4. The west side had been cleared in the early morning, and it appeared that the east side had also been plowed well before 8 am, with the plow going around the parked cars, piling snow next to the driver side. It’s now 8 am on the morning of the 5th, and the east side of the street, where cars had been moved out per the regulation, has not been cleared.
