The Village of Athens is finalizing our application for a $4.5M grant through NY Forward. This is similar to a Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) grant, but is intended for smaller communities like ours. Coxsackie received an award through this program earlier this year.
We will be holding an informational meeting, to share details on how this program works and what’s in our application, tomorrow, Tuesday, September 26th at 6pm.
