NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Athens, Greene County, New York on October 25, 2023 at 6:30PM prior to the regular Village Board Meeting for the purpose of accepting public comment on proposed amendments to Village Code section 220-12, snow forecast parking restrictions. The public hearing and Village Board Meeting will take place at the Athens Volunteer Fire Department, 39 Third St., Athens, NY 12015. Copies of the proposed code amendments are available at the Village Clerkâs office at 2 First St., Athens, NY 12015.
